Walking Winslow

Winslow is a seasoned traveler. He goes everywhere with us. He will lay in the backseat for hours and hours when we are driving. Sometimes we forget he's back there.

Fortunately in Europe he's welcome at 99% of the places we go - restaurants, hotels, shopping. About the only place he can't go is the grocery store.

When we're in a hotel he sleeps all night and never moves. In the morning he can wait to go out until we've showered, dressed, etc. He'll sit under the table while we have a long dinner. He never barks and lets children pet him.

He can cook and clean. Okay, he's not that perfect, but as I was looking through pictures during Randi and Frazier's recent visit, I noticed how many of them included Frazier "walking" Winslow. I'm not sure how much Winslow enjoyed this, but Frazier liked it a lot. And Winslow was his usual cooperative self. Never running ahead or pulling away.

Good boy, Winslow :)

  1. Yeah- Frazier's really missing Winslow. Gatsby isn't quite as good a friend. Not only doesn't he cook and clean, he doesn't really do anything else either! :/
