I am a Belgian citizen and my fiance is from Tulsa, OK. We have been struggling for the past two years to get his residency permit in Belgium taken care of and are still and the difficult road towards getting the necessary paperwork for our marriage.
It has been real fun to read about your experiences here, I recognize so much from what my fiance thought and still thinks funny or strange or ...
We have this vague plan about moving Stateside in a year or two, so then I will be the one out of my depth. I already was on my vacations there, so let alone living there!
